We generally provide a first draft within 5 working days, and it takes us 1 or 2 weeks to complete a legal project. However, the timeframe can vary depending on how busy we are, complexities with your project and your availability and your response to provide us with the information we require.

We will provide you with an estimated delivery time for your project once we get started, and we’ll keep you updated during your project if there is likely to be any delay. 

When you purchase one of our document templates we grant you a licence to use that document by a single individual or within a single organization as many times as you want. Please note - you shall not:

(i)  sell the document templates you purchased from us;

(ii) use the document templates you purchased from us for more than one business; and

(iii) allow any other person and/or organization to use the document templates you purchased from us.

We offer no quibble money-back guarantee on our templates only. If you are not 100% satisfied with a template purchased from this website, you can ask for a refund. 

Refunds will be made using the same method of payment that was used to make the original purchase.

In order to avoid abuse, our money-back guarantee is subject to a couple of limitations:

1. The rights under this guarantee may only be exercised by a person in relation to one template document.
   
   
2. The guarantee does not apply to packs of template documents (i.e. bundles including more than one template). In other words, no refund will be given in relation to packs of templates (Buy The Whole Folder, Buy All Documents options).
   
   
3.  In order to activate our money-back guarantee you must notify us in writing that you require a refund and sign a form confirming that you have deleted the template.
